Nervous?
Nervous about navigating your way through the paperwork and a week of youth camp? Not a problem! Make plans to attend our Relentless::pre-camp weekend (May 2-3, 2008)! This is a weekend designed to talk about the natural aspects of camp (job descriptions, deadlines, procedures, etc) as well as the spiritual. It is a time for us to impart the vision of camp into you so you can prepare your young people for an incredible, life-altering God-experience!
Promotion
Once you have registered, you will receive a Camp Decision Promo Pack which will include our policy and procedure manual and all the materials you will need to promote Camp Decision.
Your Group...
To reserve your week of Camp Decision, simply print out the Response Form and mail it in with your registration deposit. We ask that this form is filled out and mailed in by December 20, 2007. The sooner you return the form, the better chance you have of getting your week of choice! If it is after December 20th call for availability.
Your Campers...
Campers must have completed the 6th grade and may continue to come to Camp Decision until the summer after their senior year. Each camper must fill out a Camp Registration Form. They also need to read over and sign a copy of the Beatitudes. ALL camper registration forms MUST be notarized.
Your Workers...
At Camp Decision we ask that you bring one worker for every 7 campers. Workers MUST have graduated from High School. Each worker needs to complete a Registration Form, read and sign a Camp Decision Creed and have their senior pastor or youth minister fill out and turn in a Pastor Recommendation Form.
